Large cooking surface, moist, cooked meat. Cooks fast.
Cons:
Not recommended for hamburgers, steak etc. use reg BBQ when possible.

Review: As stated before, I would recommend for chicken, fish, kabobs, or hotdogs. Not good for hamburgers or steaks.
