    For instance essentialism is popular amongst modal metaphysicians, philosophers of science like Stephen Mumford and Nancy Cartwright talk about dispositions and powers, Aristotelian realism about universals and abstract objects has been made famous by Penelope Maddy and D.M. Many have put forth intelligent and coherent arguments -- free from the usual "If we evolved from monkeys, why are there still monkeys here?!" type of arguments -- for God's or a god's existence but were they strong enough to sway me? The only drawback of his work, in my mind, is that he did not offer a strong philosophical endorsement, of what he Endorsed in Practice, that is: Constantly taking things as they come, and embracing that spontaneously Perceived reality.
