Pablo Picasso

Debates and Opinions

  • Can Graffiti be considered art?

Something such as Pablo Picasso's painting in an art museum is art. Also, I"d like to refer to what you do consider art; in this case a painting of Pablo Picasso. Finally, I"ll name some graffiti-artists, for who"s art people are willing to pay thousands of dollars, who"s art people enjoy, who"s art is carrying out a political or social message (where you say graffiti is in most cases "showing a rebellious message"), and who"s art can be found in numerous museums, just like Pablo Picasso"s art: Banksy, Does, Eine, Marquis Lewis, Graeme Brusby, Eduardo Kobra, Hopare, Mr Thoms, Etam Cru, Cheko, Paulo Ito, L7m, Rustam QBic, Mogul, Klister-Peter, Icy and Sot, and hundreds, if not thousands, of other artists.

  • Unicorns, Rainbows, Obama, and Randomness

The Mona Lisa obviously depicts a man harnessing a camel, but what does Pablo Picasso mean by this? Now we all know that Pablo Picasso was around during the chicken dynasty. You bring up a strong horse just to be shot and turned to glue.

  • Was Picasso the greatest artist of all time?

Pablo Picasso is definitely an immense figure and great artist of the 20th century but he is not the greatest artist of all time. Picasso Was Good But Not the Greatest Though Picasso was an outstanding artist as well as one of the greatest, I don't believe he was the greatest of all time. Picasso was a great artist and was well praised.

  • Is Ai Weiwei the most important artist in the world right now?

The future will have to decide if “Grass-Mud Horse Style” a Chinese Internet meme has the same power of Guernica a painting by Pablo Picasso to alter the oppression experienced by the inhabitants of our globe. Representing the creative explosion of modern art in China, he is also there the one with the strongest influence.

  • On the Spanish Civil War (and aftermath)

If it was not for it, Pablo Picasso most likely would not have many Guernica. If it was not for it, Pablo Picasso most likely would not have many Guernica. <ins><em><strong>Arriba Espana!</strong></em></ins> Sorry, I just had to do that.
