  • Quentin Tarantino movies should be banned

Quentin Tarantino, director of many movies: Pulp Fiction, Kill Bill, and newly Django to name a few. the very fact that you created this debate means that you thought up of the title, which then means that your mind dared to entertain the idea that Quentin Tarantino, one of the greatest directors of this era, should be stopped from creating his beautiful art. This debate is probably your way of trying to pin your shameful moment on someone else by trying to force a debater to stand against the great Quentin Taratino!!!

Opinions

  • Is Quentin Tarantino's "Django Unchained" the most controversial movie of 2012?

Taking into account Quentin Tarantino's awesome ability to make gritty-raw films that usually exploit the taboos of our society, the general subject matter of “Django Unchained” is not something that is taboo any more. I think this was Quentin Tarantino's objective with this film because controversy sells. Django is just another generic Tarantino movie that just happens to touch on an institution nearly everyone in this country agrees is barbaric and vile.

  • Did Quentin Tarantino create a film genre of his own?

No, Quentin Tarantino did not create a film genre of his own, but his films span so many genres, his work cannot be said to fit any one particular type of film. Quentin Tarantino has his own style of film-making and writing, just like other great directors. Quentin Tarantino has given us homages to the heist film, the gangster film, and the kung-fu film, among others.
