• Rocky 2 vs Rocky 3 which is better battle!

In fact, it is arguable that Stallone's motive to do Rocky II was not entirely clear as he was well off having done two other great movies, F.I.S.T and Paradise Alley whereas his movies Nighthawks and Victory didn't gain much in audiences and hence his motive for making Rocky III was far more passionate in that he really needed some income and was going for a bestseller.[1]While Rocky and Rocky 2 ended abruptly at the end of a fight (Rocky less so as it ends with him in Adrian's arms), Rocky III had a whole scene after the major fight of Balboa vs Lang. Creed beat Rocky up real good in both Rocky and Rocky II but there was a clear brutal improvement of Rocky's fighting ability despite his aging body in Rocky III that made the final fight such a huge skill gap. • Rocky was there ever a better movie in this genre

As an avid movie goer , I am still struck by the fact that I still after all these years have not seen a film that I enjoyed more than Rocky Rocky - a guy from the wrong side of the tracks , a man with a good heart , who finally gets a chance to make it big Adrian- shy girl working in a dead end job living with an abusive brother who after meeting Rocky blossoms and grows as a woman and person Apollo Creed - the champion and showman who gives Rocky a chance. A love story ( Rocky and Adrian ) , a story of never giving up , of doing the right thing of treating people with respect and an ending where even though Rocky loses the fight he realizes he has won so much in the experience I almost overlooked this debate, but I would hate to look back one day and realize that I 'could've been the contender'. Rocky is, undeniably, your stereotypical feel-good underdog boxing...

  • Best boxers in the Rocky Franchise?

However, if any of the others is half as bad as Rocky 4, then by merely being in all of these films, we can conclude that Rocky Balboa must be the worst. Therefore I simply can't say anything good about Rocky 4 and neither should you.I'm not too up on the franchise, but didn't Apollo get his asss killed by a guy Rocky later beat?Yes in Rocky 4 Apollo fought the Russian steroid user, I would think that guy must also use gorilla hormones. However, if any of the others is half as bad as Rocky 4, then by merely being in all of these films, we can conclude that Rocky Balboa must be the worst.
