The Lorax

  • The Lorax has had a negative impact on the environment

I would like to argue that despite the ecological message of Theodore Geisel's The Lorax, the book has overall had a negative impact on the environment because the paper involved to print all the copies sold of The Lorax have not all come from sustainable forests. It is impossible to prove whether or not a single copy of The Lorax was ever produced from either source Pro claims, so until Pro offers a shred of evidence as to how The Lorax had a negative impact, Con will win by default. First, The Lorax was written 1972 [1].

  • A Resolution to Drill for more oil

For those that have seen Wall-E or read The Lorax...these are kid movies and kid books that are showing the negative effects that come with hurting nature. Because of this I have three main points as to why I stand in the strong negation of this resolution.

I wouldn't read anything by GreenPeace to my kids, when the Lorax is both better presented and more balanced and realistic than anything the environmentalists have come up with.: At 6/10/2012 11:18:02 PM, Chrysippus wrote: : : At 6/10/2012 11:12:56 PM, Oryus wrote: : : : At 6/10/2012 11:11:13 PM, YYW wrote: : : : : At 6/10/2012 11:08:37 PM, Chrysippus wrote: : : : : One of the underlying themes, if not the main theme, of Dostoyevsky's Crime and Punishment is the idea that one can only be redeemed by love. • God must exist

It's one of those things which is hard to explain and you won't known what I am talking about till you actually experience it.ALL supernatural god(s) exist in the minds of those humans that fabricated & conceived them!: At 5/21/2014 12:42:57 PM, Beastt wrote: : Page 2 : People don"t believe the Bible because of what they know.
