Warminster Township is a township in Bucks County, Pennsylvania, United States. The population was 32,682 at the 2010 census. The town was named for the town of Warminster in Wiltshire, England. According to the United States Census Bureau, the township has a total area of 10.2 square miles , all of it land. It is drained by the Delaware River tributaries of the Neshaminy Creek and the Pennypack Creek.
