That said, my opponent and I will both now argue in favor of a single character as being the most fitting protagonist, given their roles within the series as a whole.&amp;nbsp;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The burden of proof will be shared equally. <description>(Post Voting Period) &lt;div&gt;Resolved:: Starcraft 2 is a strategy-intensive computer game.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;While I don't believe Maikuru will run semantics on me, definitions are always good.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Starcraft 2: The PC game invented by Blizzard that involves three different races (terran, protoss, and zerg) and their battle for inter-stellar dominance. It functions under the genre of Real-time strategy.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;strategy-intensive: requiring a lot of strategical thinking&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;computer game: oh f*ck off, we all know what a computer game is.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Anyway, as neither of us want a really long debate, the first round is acceptance here. Then comes cases. Then the last round is rebuttals to strictly your opponent's case and then your concluding statements. <description>(Voting Period) I thank my opponent for the chance to debate. My opponent may not argue from semantics, as it is clear what the resolution states, although an exception may be made if he/she comes up with a particularly interesting objection to the resolution.

 Firstly, an argument against the viability of time travel itself;

 First, imagine time travel were made possible, and somebody travels back in time in order to meet their grandfather, whom they never knew. Now, say that due to an unfortunate series of circumstances, he ended up killing his grandfather before he got the chance to meet his grandmother. In this case, the time traveller would never come to exist in the first place. But this is logically contradictory, because if he didn't exist, he could not have killed his own grandfather and thus prevent his own existence. I will stand on the position that Jean-Luc Picard is a better Enterprise captain and is more favorable than Captain Kirk. I stand on this position because it has been shown throughout the Next Generation that Picard is way more of a diplomat than Kirk was, that Picard was a super-smart captain that didn't have to rely on his gut, like Kirk had to, and Picard has the best theme song ever. The 24th episode of the 2nd series of Star Trek: Voyager is entitled &#8216;Tuvix' in this episode the crewmembers Tuvok, and Neelix are &#8216;merged' into a single being by a transporter accident. I'm not talking about conjoined or Siamese twins here by the way - where two foetuses become fused in the womb and two distinct babies are born attached to each other - I'm talking about those fortunate mutants who are born with one body and two heads.

The advantages of having two heads are manifold. Below are three that come to my head immediately (though there'd be six if I was lucky enough to have two heads).

1 &#8211; Save valuable seconds crossing the road. Instead of wasting time looking left, right, then left again before stepping off the pavement (sidewalk), you can look both ways simultaneously.

2 &#8211; End the misery of exam revision. Simply give your textbooks to your other head to study while you watch television. Then when you come to sit the exam, your other head can discreetly whisper the answers into your ear.

We hear this phrase on the news a lot. I see signs around town saying, &quot;Every day is Earth Day.&quot; There's just one problem; I only see and hear these around the regular, established Earth Day.

If every day was in fact Earth Day, then why wouldn't Earth Day supporters publicly announce it when the rest of the world forgets that it is Earth Day, and needs to be reminded.

Earth day supporters claim that every day is Earth Day, only on Earth Day. Thus, they contradict themselves.

<description>(Voting Period) Listen, I am pro choice. I am not against abortion, I'm just for state's rights. However, I have done some research, and I have determined that the ruling of Supreme Court on Roe v. Wade has NO constitutional basis. The Supreme Court ruled in Roe's favor because of the Fourteenth Amendment's Section I (specifically the Due Process Clause), which is shown below:

<description>(Voting Period) This debate was not some random idea that I came up with and decided to post. It was from personal experience on debate.org I have only been in about 5 debates and only 2 have been fully completed, the others have been forfeited. I know a lot of newer sites are started with word of mouth and this site is still fairly new. I'm not saying that's the only method to gain popularity but it does play a huge role. 

I loved the setup of this website and the atmosphere. It was very intuitive and very well designed. I knew then, i might finally have a chance to get my mother a bit more interested in some online activities. So i thought this would be a great place for her to start her online experience, beyond msn and hotmail. Well she spent quite some time writing up her argument for her opponent to see, she had notepad (yes an actual notepad,) taking notes to come up with a debate) Her opponent forfeited and also didn't even have the common courtesy to respond in the</description>
