Kansas law prohibits abortion when the fetus is viable unless the mother's life in danger.

Should homework be banned in middle and elementary schools?

(Debating Period) I believe homework in elementary schools should be banned.

I believe this mainly because 88% of students grades 3-8 participate in at least 1 out of school activity after school, and with homework, this can cause them to be jam-packed and/or stressed.

Courts have the responsibility to create racially balanced schools

(Debating Period) Negative assertion: Race should not be used as a basis for school assignment

Evidence: Students attend a school that is 80% white, while 70% of black students attend schools where nearly two-thirds of students are black and spanish.

Evidence: Schools force teachers to teach kids they dont want to teach.

Evidence: Any policy based on race is a violation of every childs 14th amendment.

Evidence: Desegregation does not speak to dropout rates that hover near 50% for black and hispanic students.

Assertion #2: Courts have the power to reduce the effects of racial discrimination.

Evidence: People were still fighting.

Evidence: People who live in a particular neighborhood.

Evidence: A court can make a decision but can not change peoples minds.

Assertion #3: To create a desegregated school system, a judge should not be able to tell parents where their children must attend school.

Evidence: The mayor thinks the new plan will create quality

Courts have the responsibility to create racially balanced schools

(Debating Period) Affirmative assertion #1 : Courts order busing was the only strategy that could have desegregated Boston public schools in 1974.
Evidence:
"	Neighborhoods were segregated by race and kids went to neighborhood schools.
"	Boston built new schools but they were still segregated
"	Things got worse in Boston even after the law said schools had to be segregated

Affirmative assertion #2 : Students and social benefit when more children are able to attend racially integrated schools .
Evidence:
"	School students are more likely to feel safer, less bullied when they are in diverse schools
"	If they had ethnically diverse classrooms and schools , it would decrease bullying
"	Schools continue to be educated largely in ethnically segregated schools
Affirmative assertion # 3 : To create a desegregated school system, a judge should be able to tell parents where their children must attend school
Evidence :
"	If students go to school closer to home, the

Can the value added education change the present scenario in the society or not?

(Debating Period)
Yes, The value added education is a tool to remodel our society. In my opinion a person can sustain in the society by following the morals and values only. We can change the society by offering our future generations with the value added education.

The Biblical God cannot be shown immoral

(Debating Period) I propose a simple debate that I'm sure many critics of the Bible will find intriguing, that the God of the Bible cannot demonstrably be shown immoral, and His actions in both the Old and New Testaments can be justified. I contend that no definitely complicit actions exist by God as recorded in the Bible, and a contextual reading of the Bible as a whole reveals a depth of moral soundness to God's actions.

I look forward to a professional and courteous debate on this subject.

Obama is corrupt, immoral, and similar to Bush on foreign policy and economics

(Challenge Period) I will provide the bulk of my evidence and reasoning in my next post, this first post will serve simply as a summary. Sourcing will be provided once I have a debate opponent.

I am a lifelong Illinoisan who voted for Alan Keyes' 2004 opponent Alan Keyes, even as I voted against George W. Bush and for Michael Peroutka in the presidential election. In short, I have been looking into these matters for quite some time and have numerous reliable sources that will be provided.

1. Corruption

I argue that Obama has displayed corruption throughout his political career.

-In 1996 he used a team of lawyers to disqualify all four opponents on petition technicalities after the filing deadline so he could run unopposed, and a judge dismissed the appeals.
-In 2003 he struck a deal with the Illinois senate leader Emil Jones, asking Jones to make him a U.S. Senator in a well-established conversation. Jones then appointed him head of much of the major legislation i

Marriage is strictly religious and is between a man and a woman

(Debating Period) Marriage comes from the church, and the church intended for it to be between a man and a woman. Why should the government be allowed to interfere with religion? People argue separation of church and state, but that's just it, the state is interfering with the church. Marriage should stay between a man and a woman, because that's how it was intended, it isn't fair to go and change original, religious views and beliefs.

How Big Was Spinosaurus?

(Challenge Period) How big was Spinosaurus actually? The truth is, no one knows. The big question is, how big was the entire body? Many people have been arguing about how big the spinosaurus is, but no one will ever know. Some people think the spinosaurus is just massive, up to 60 feet, or even more, long,(And yes you can tell my user name is a bit young and I am a bit young for me to actually say something adult like.) and others say it was only 45 feet or less. The real answer of how long it is, is no one will ever know. You can say spinosaurus was 100 feet, or 40 feet or 50 feet, you will never know. We don't have evidence. You can't pin one single number on the size of the spinosaurus for crying out loud! Scientists have actually made research papers on this and one scientist says the skull they found is huge and must have had a massive body. The thing is, you don't even know if the skull is an adult male, an adult female, an infant male or female, a teenager, or full grown.

Is God Necessary for Morality?

(Debating Period) I believe that atheists can be just as rational and consistent for believing in an objective morality as theists, and I'd like to see if anyone can prove otherwise. I believe that God is not necessary in any way for the existence of objective moral values and duties, that is objectively true propositions concerning matters of moral value and moral obligation or duty. Furthermore I don't think that the existence of objective moral values and duties even offer evidence for the existence of God.

So the debate topic, despite the title, is a two pronged topic. My opponent can choose to either support the stronger claim that "God is necessary for objective morality", or the weaker claim that "God's existence is more likely than not given objective morality". If either of these claims can be supported, I will consider myself defeated.
