I believe that abortion should be legal. By legal, I mean with restrictions, but is still legal in certain circumstances. The opposer will be fighting for the complete abolishment of abortion. As always, please do not make irrelevant arguments and logical fallacies.

(Voting Period) I am con against Animal testing because as a human we have freedom and choice. Also animals have the right to live, and the right to choose. But is it right to take the freedom or the life of animals just because we want to research and test new medicines? NO. It's not right to kill and make them suffer just for our own benefit. Animals have emotions. They have thoughts, ideas, feelings. They also suffer. If we just kill and make them suffer, we are taking the freedom and the life of other animals. Remember that animals are living creatures as we are. That is why we should Ban animal testing!!

Firmly, I believe that all drugs in the United States should be legalized. 1. Firstly we must recall the main argument for pro-choice members of the US. They use the argument 'It's her body' with that in mind, anything you do to your body should be legal. The fact that a woman can cut a fetus out of her body, but I can't smoke a bit of weed is illogical. 2. It would be a major source of revenue for the United States. (Post Voting Period) Drug testing on students is not nessecary. Imagine if you wanted to apply for a sports team and had to pee in a cup to join. If you had to do this wouldn't you be mad? The Government would loose 2 billion dollars doing random drug tests! Even if the government did start drug testing, what would they accomplish. No Middle school students have been tested positive on a drug test for performance enhancing drugs. The few cases in which a student has been tested positive relate to use of marijuana, which does not enhance performance.

In my opinion, yes. I can defend this if my opponent is religious or if he is secular. My argument is this: If god exists, what are miscarriages but god performing abortions on infants that would live a short, strenuous life if they were allowed to exist? Isn't the mother of the baby, who understands her own situation better than anyone else does, able to make the decision of whether or not (financially, emotionally or otherwise) she is capable of raising that child? I believe so, and I am open to a change of heart subsequent to any rational evidense or logic that contradicts my present position. (If you are secular -as I am- substitute the word "god" for "nature"). Good luck to whoever wishes to appose me. Poo.
