Vampire Diaries vs Twilight

(Debating Period) I believe that the Vampire diaries is better than twilight because just by watching the first episode you are captivated by it like you wanna continue watching it. But when I saw the twilight I was like what is this and it just didn't really captivate me unlike the TVD.

(Debating Period) This is my 1st debate here on DDO so sorry if I mess up in some way. Basically, I am arguing that Mr. Fantastic (Reed Richards) would beat Jake the Dog from Adventure Time in a fight. Each person has a week to prepare for this fight and they will fight on an open field. There are no things such as rocks and other things on that terrain that could possibly help them. The only things that can help them are the objects they bring to the fight, it's one on one so they can't receive assistance from living things/other people such as Finn or the rest of the Fantastic 4. It is considered beat when one of them can no longer fight back. 1st round is acceptance 2nd round is opening/arguments 3rd round is rebuttals 4th round is rebuttals again/closing. No new information can be said in the 4th round.

(Debating Period) You can only do so much with mw3 until it gets repetitive. In minecraft theirs always more to explore and create. ts all about the concept of the game. As you can notice, Minecraft Graphic is neglected, the gameplay only is what counts. It has a unique creative gameplay with infinite possibilities. Surviving is such thing that makes it brilliant. Call of Duty lacks what we call a good concept, its a linear killing game in which you move from point A to B. Tell your "crappy" friend, the Concept is why his dear CoD was fucked when it came against Battlefield 3. One of the complaints I DO hear though is that people don"t know what to DO in Minecraft. Not that they don"t understand how it works, but that they really don"t have any ideas as to what to do like what to build and such. And, I"ll admit, when I first played it I too had that problem. The resolution of this debate is simple - the downsides of Xbox One outweight its benefits. I will be arguing affirmative. The rules are:

1. Burden of proof is shared. Each side must prove their case.

(Debating Period) The United Nations in 2008 banned the use of the death penalty, however fifty-eight countries, including the United States and China, still exercise the death penalty. As such, the topic remains highly controversial. I believe that some criminals lost their human faces while they made chain of serious crimes and there's no other punishment for them but death penalty.

The Cybermen would have won the Battle of Canary Wharf had the Genesis Ark not been opened. For the purposes of this debate, the following alternative events will be considered as fact: - The Genesis Ark was not opened. - The Doctor never sucked the Cybermen and/or the Daleks into the Void. - The battle continued until either side was destroyed or until one side was forced to surrender.

Good evening, Debate.org! This is my first debate on this site and I'm rather excited now to be honest. I had actually expected to launch myself straight into argument, but I feel I must first offer up my appreciation for the format, so prolific as it seems in general, and just for the order of it otherwise. I was just making argument on YouTube only moments ago and felt my efforts wasted... So, yes! Thank you!

And now onto what I want to debate. I am of the opinion that the ending to the TV mini-series 'Sherlock' is bad. And that's about it. My opponent will be arguing otherwise, that it is good, or at least not bad.
