I saw this is a load of crap, i mean its not like banning guns is gonna make all the criminals give up there guns. And besides its not like they got them legally anyway. Taking away guns would just endanger more people because they wouldn't have a way to protect themselves and fight back.

DEFINITION: Hacktivism First, it's crucial that I will define the most important term in today's topic, "hacktivism." Hacktivism is a combination of the words "hack" and "activism," however, it is extremely important to remember that the word "hacktivism" is different in both meaning and spirit than the word "hack/hacking." Definitions: child labor = children working regularly in unsafe environments usually with low pay. third world countries = developing nations. aid = medical aid, schooling, and basic comforts of life such as: beds, clothes, and hygienic items. forced = required. Observations: The use of forced child labor in third world countries basically forces children to work in adult environments. If a limb is cut off then the child is fired without pay or medical care. Contention 1: Child labor demands a impossible quotas that children cannot reach and are thus deducted pay. This in turn demands children to work harder to exhaustion and strips them of morale. The United States has provided more than $20 billion in aid to Pakistan in recent years. Recently a move was made in the Senate to terminate aid, but the cut off was blocked. The resolution for this debate is that aid should not be terminated in the near future unless entirely new and unforeseen events occur. Some reduction of aid is permitted within the scope of the resolution, but not a complete termination nor a reduction to significant as to amount to a cut off.

Canada should help Libya before helping their own country first?!

(Post Voting Period) In my opinion, Canada should help their own country first. They should help their country as quick as they can so then after that they could help Libya. I'm not saying that Canada should not help other countries although, if Canada has millions of dollars to send planes to Libya, can't they use some of that money to feed the hungry people that we have in Canada? Many people go home and not having anything to eat that night, the next night and/or the whole week! Although Libya is in danger as we speak, isn't starvation and other problems also as important to us Canadians?
