| Beliefs: | The best description of my beliefs is this: I subscribe to the idea of skeptical mysticism, because I have had in my life undeniably "mystical" or "spiritual" experiences, but don't always believe people when they say they've had similar experiences. I once considered myself an agnostic who practice my religion (mormonism) out of hope and because I think religion is a good social tool for meeting people. However, I had a moment which might be considered a reverse crisis of faith, where my doubts were strongly challenged, much the same way a person of faith has a moment of doubt which challenges their faith. Also, I think people are mostly good, but often don't know how to deal with life in a positive manner, or are just lazy. And people also are liars, because they just are. Trust me. I've been lied to alot, about countless things; yet somehow I'm still trusting. Is that enough? Basically I'm a hopeless optimist. Thanks for asking, you? |

Intelligent Design is a much of a scientific theory as sleeping is a sport (this isn't my point of contention, mind you).
