===Definitions===
Homosexual acts refer to consensual sex acts between two or more members of the same sex. To keep the debate focused I will obviously not be defending male on male or female on female rape. I will only be defending consensual gay sex against the charges of immorality.
Alcohol should be banned, and marijuana should be legalized.
Alocohol causes hundreds/thousands of death's every year. Marjuana does not. Alcohol is simply a bad drug, it does not even give the user a good high from it. I should have never been legalized in the first place. Marijuana actually has good medical purposes for it's use, such as to stop pain such as with cancer patients. There are no benefits from consuming alcohol accept for the possibility of dying in a car crash or getting charged with a dui and getting slapped with a $3,000 or higher fine....
