Being a Christian does not negate being in support of the Death Penalty.
I am under the impression that as a Christian, it is wrong to be in favor of the Death Penalty. I believe a great argument comes from the 6 chapter of Luke, verse 37: "Do not judge, and you will not be judged. Do not condemn, and you will not be condemned. Forgive, and you will be forgiven." Going to war with Iran is in the best interest of the United States.
Going to war with Iran may possibly be the biggest mistake in American history. Granted this hasn't happened yet, but the sentiment exists, so why not debate it. The United States should continue efforts in Iraq without a time-table for redeployment.
The most important aspect to understand regarding this war is the concept of winning. The word "win" has been thrown around by Republican candidates in regards to our goal in Iraq. (Most specifically by John McCain) I believe one who chooses to take the "Pro" position needs to define what winning means.
