About Me:	I am a Libertarian. I believe in the freedom of the people, rather than control of government as we have now. I also know what I'm talking about, as I have studied many policies closely, and have always made the decision that benefits the people the most. •	Abortion	ConComments I believe that abortion is murder, and should be tried by the state, not federal government. What this means is that the state should be able to decide the penalization for the murder, whether it be none or extreme. Meaning that if a state deems it okay to abort a child, they may have no penalization for that, however a state may have punishment if said state is against abortion. In short, I will leave it up to the states and ultimately, the people.
•	Affirmative Action	ConComments Forcing a business owner to hire someone based on his/her skin color is racist. Short and simple.
•	Animal Rights	N/OComments I believe that animals do indeed have rights, and those who abuse them should be punished, but I would never go as far as to say that animals shouldn't be hunted or anything of that nature.
•	Barack Obama	ConComments Barack Obama is easily one of the worst presidents of our country's history next to Carter and FDR. His assault on our freedom is unacceptable. I don't believe that we've had a good president since Thomas Jefferson.
•	Border Fence	ConComments If I had to think of what a four year-old child would say if he were asked about keeping people out of the country, I imagine that he would reply with, 'let's build a big fence!' A 'big fence' is a childish and idiotic idea. Suspend incentives the bring illegal immigrants to the country, don't build a 'big fence.'
•	Capitalism	ProComments Free market capitalism is the best, and only working system of economics. Do not confuse this with Crony Capitalism, which is in essence, managed Socialism. Equal opportunity, but not equal outcome.
•	Civil Unions	ConComments I believe that homosexuals have the right to marry, just as a heterosexual has the right to marry. However, I also believe that churches should not be forced to marry couples that they choose not to, it is their freedom to do so.
•	Death Penalty	ConComments I believe that a federal death penalty is wrong. The federal government should never try someone for death, as this is wrong. I also know that mistakes have been made, and I do not want them to be made again, so I, personally, am against the death penalty. However, I believe that it shouldn't be my choice, so in the end I would take the power away from federal government and put it into the hands of the states.
•	Drug Legalization	ProComments I believe that the war on drugs is a complete and absolute failure, and a waste of taxpayers dollars. It has clearly failed, and has only made the US less safe. Promote an anti-drug country, but don't make it illegal, as that will only make life more dangerous, and government more powerful and tyrannical.

•	Estate Tax	ConComments I believe that the state tax kills the family system in this country. In America, families work their entire lives to provide for their children. That is unbelievable! Taking from the hard work of the parents is in essence taking from the children, and hurting the great American family system.

•	Federal Reserve	ConComments The Fed has drained the value of our dollar, and at this point the best move would be to end the Fed. While we can't do this immediately, it can be done eventually if something like gold or silver backs our dollar.
•	Flat Tax	ProComments It is hard to believe in a flat tax, when I believe in no income tax. I suppose I do believe in a flat tax rate; one that is 0%.
•	Free Trade	ProComments Free trade is desperately needed in this country. NAFTA and the WTO have killed this country with entangling trade agreements. Instead, lets just freely trade with other countries, and trade with the country who has the best price and best product.
•	Gay Marriage	ProComments It is anybody's freedom to marry, however it is the church's freedom to decline you. So if you find a place that will marry you, go ahead.
•	Global Warming Exists	ProComments I believe that global warming has been around for quite some time, however it certainly isn't the end of the world.
•	Globalization	ProComments I believe that a one world government is already in the works, and has been in the works for quite some time now. I just hope that the people fight back against this oppressive government and end its reign, and bring back freedom and liberty.
•	Gold Standard	ProComments Gold has held its value, while the dollar has lost 93% of its value. We also can't press a magic button and print gold, so it helps the terrible problem of inflation.
•	Gun Rights	ProComments The 2nd Amendment keeps Americans free, and my belief is actually a bit unconventional. I believe that the 2nd Amendment is for protection from government, and so if the government were to declare Martial Law, the people should be armed just as well as the military; meaning that I believe in not only assault weapons, but automatics as well.
•	Homeschooling	ProComments I believe that the public education system is failing and is becoming more and more corrupt due to its funding from our generous federal government. Thus private schooling and/or homeschooling is the best possible choice. If we don't stop this tyrannical government, homeschooling may be the only choice.
•	Internet Censorship	ProComments The internet is the final source of full freedom that this country has, letting it go will be a terrible mistake.
•	Iran-Iraq War	ConComments Leave them alone, and bring our boys home! Our foreign policy of intervention is making life more dangerous, where and when will it end? What is the best possible result of intervening in Iraq and Iran's policies. Diplomacy over war!
•	Labor Union	ProComments People have the right to unionize, however the government does not have the power to back them. So I believe in the right to unionize, but unions would not have nearly as much power as they do now, since their government reinforcement will no longer be there.
•	Legalized Prostitution	ProComments In a free country, we are free to do anything and everything that does not infringe on someone else's rights.
•	Medicaid & Medicare	ConComments I am against all forms of government health care. I believe that charity and doctors feeling a responsibility towards their fellow American is the solution, not government intervention.
•	Medical Marijuana	ProComments Refer to my opinion on drug legalization.
•	Military Intervention	ConComments Interventionism makes our country less safe, and on top of that, we do not have the money to involve ourselves with so many conflicts that have little to do with us.
•	Minimum Wage	ConComments The minimum wage is killing youth jobs and minority jobs. It basically enforces the discrimination of people who's work does not fit the wage that is set. A government powerful enough to force someone to pay you more than you deserve can force you to make less than you deserve.
•	National Health Care	ConComments Health care should be between the doctor and patient, the federal government shouldn't know too much about the people, their health, or anything else.
•	National Retail Sales Tax	ProComments I believe in excise taxes in replacement of the income tax.
•	Occupy Movement	N/O
•	Progressive Tax	ConComments I believe that the progressive tax is in essence discrimination against those who worked extremely hard to earn their wealth, instead I propose no income tax.
•	Racial Profiling	ConComments Nobody should be profiled against, not in a free country.
•	Redistribution	ConComments I do not believe in any Socialist-style schemes, of which includes robbing one person to give to another in what is called "redistribution."
•	Smoking Ban	ConComments People have the freedom to smoke, plain and simple.
•	Social Programs	ConComments I am against federal programs, but I am fine with programs of charity that do not affect the people's tax rates.
•	Social Security	ProComments I am for a more secure Social Security, which means that I must slowly get rid of it, build the money to sustain it, and then make it untouchable, meaning that the federal government cannot use that money to pay for things like wars or bailouts.
•	Socialism	ConComments I think that Socialism's track record of failure has spoken for itself.
•	Stimulus Spending	ConComments I am against spending of any kind if it has a negative affect on the taxpayer.
•	Term Limits	ProComments I believe that term limits are necessary for freedom against a tyrant. While two elections can be fixed, the people wouldn't allow someone to attain presidency three times behind their back, it wouldn't work.
•	Torture	ConComments Torture is unamerican. If we allow the torture of a terrorist, we are in essence allowing the torture of anybody, including we, the American people.
•	United Nations	ConComments The UN should be defunded and not allowed in back America. They, in essence, control us and our actions. The UN should have no control over where our troops go to, period.
•	War in Afghanistan	ConComments What is the turnout of this war? When will it end? Nuclear annihilation? Why, when we could just pull the troops out and resolve this through diplomacy, trade, and peace.
•	War on Terror	ConComments The war on terror has turned into a war on American rights. I am 100% against it.
•	Welfare	ConComments I commonly call welfare a self-entrapment system. Where most Republicans single out those who take advantage of the system, I look at who needs it. Let's say a family man needs it. Welfare gives him just enough to get by, and if he takes another job, he loses the welfare, meaning that if he loses his job, he has no source of income; no food for his family. More government does not help, but charitable actions and family does.
