I don't think there is any need of inculcating reading habits in children. After all, what is the use? Children only waste their time reading books. And as far as learning a language is concerned, one can even learn it by conversing in it and listening to it. Further, there are many other constructive things that one can do during one's free time. So, I don't think that inculcating the habit of reading books is important.........
