Should Bullying Be Made It's Own Type Of Law

I think that Bullying should be made its own law altogether. This is because as I am a victim of bullying it was hard for me to find all of the rules that the bully had broken. If all of the laws, Like harassment, Were all in one place, I am sure that it would save stress and time for the victim trying to find these laws....

So in a day there are 24 hrs. Preferably we sleep for 12 hours if not then about 9-10 hrs depending on your lifestyle. So if we are sleeping or our brains are switched off for half of the day ( 24 hrs) then shouldn't we only be half our age because our brains our turned off for half a day....

Should it be made illegal for artists to swear in their music videos?

I think it should after taking an example of myself actually, I was in the car listening to something which was quite nice and sounded lovely as the radio edit, then when I got home decided to play it on my speakers then it had a bunch of swear words on it which just made the song really ugly and I thought what happened if a kid had done that on the way to school then what would of happened? I don't think it should be allowed also for the risk of children discovering rude swear words at such...

People who abuse alcohol and then subsequently abuse others or traffic laws should have their ability to procure, produce, posses and imbibe alcohol limited. Attacking their livelihood by removing licenses, slapping them with harsh fines and even prison sentences may serve as a deterrent. But once they are under the influence many don"t care about the conquences of their actions. Why not simply remove the privilege to posses or buy alcohol for those who are repeat offenders?
