About Me:I am 6 feet 1 inch, have a large body build, and am flat footed. I am against sexual activities which are not done for reproduction, and in general I find sexual things disgusting. For me reason is the supreme faculty and I can see no rational reason to have sex for pleasure. I want to die celibate. I love people with blue eyes (Zarroette, and Dennybug <3), auburn hair, and original people. I am an only child, so my parents have spoiled me quite a bit. I have a rather high IQ, and an excellent memory, other than with names which I cannot remember. I get angry rather quickly on some points, and remain cool on others; I cannot stand when someone says something about my friends, and I am an extremely direct and confrontational person. I want to give a shout out to some of the people I love here, I might forget some, please remind me: ESocialbookworm, Wylted, whiteflame, Kc1996, Mikal, SPENCERJOY, GodChoosesLife, Romanii, YYW, benko, GOP, bossyburrito, Blade-of-Truth, airmax, schachdame.
Activities:I love to read so that should come first, other than my reading I like watching television. I spend lots of time here on I have blood pressure, and a knee problem, also I have quite unorthodox views so often I am socially awkward. I do not like playing Xbox, or PlayStation so I often do not go out with my friends. The only times we do, is when we talk. I do enjoy going on rides, and I am not really afraid of heights. I like walking and having long discussions while doing so. I believe that is it. Since I do not have space above (and some people throw a fit) I love you too Dennybug <3. Also love for bladerunner, thett3, and of course the wonderful Kitty (Angel of Death).
Beliefs:I am Muslim, I follow the Sunni sect, specifically I am the follower of Imam Abu Hanifah. I believe that God exists, and I believe that the Quran is his inerrant word. I believe that Muhammad ibn Abdullah (pbuh) was the last of all prophets and that no prophet succeeded him. I believe that Jesus was a prophet of a mono-God who is Omnipotent, Omni-benevolant, and Omniscient. I believe that Jesus was not put on the Cross. I believe Ghulam Ahmed Qadiani was an apostate and his followers are heretics. I am against homosexuality, pre-marital sex, or dating. It is my opinion that one must pray to God, and one must be steadfast in giving charity. I believe that the original Gospels of Jesus and Moses were corrupted. If you wish to know my beliefs further, I am a [mostly] friendly guy, shoot me a PM. I abhor religious pluralism. I believe that evolution is pseudo-correct but am not a propreiter of Intelligent Design. I believe Metaphysics is possible to a certain degree.
Books:This will be one long list, I will not add many religious books, for that would make this list un-ending. In Philosophy there is of course the inclusion of all three Critiques of Kant. Then we have the Science of Logic by Hegel, Mathematical Logic by Wilhard Orman Quine, and a bunch of others. In Theology we have Theodicy by Leibniz, Revival of Religious Sciences by Algazel, and The Wisdom of the Prophets by al-Arabi. In Science I must mention George Gamow, Evelyn Gates, and Stephen Hawking. Then we have The Laws of Thermodynamics by Peter Atkins, Relativity by Richard Stannard, The ABC of Relativity by Russell, On the Origins of Species by Darwin, and of course all of the works of Sagan are a pleasure to read. Two books deserve awards in Quantum Theory they are The Quantum Universe by Brian Cox and Jeff Forshaw, and the great master's book: QED: The Strange Theory of Light and Matter by the brilliant Feynman himself.
Movies:I love Wild Strawberries, this is perhaps my favorite movie. Honorable mentions must go to Bitter Moon by Palonski, The Stranger by Pasolini, Lawrence of Arabia, Doctor Zhivago, The Pianist, The White Ribbon, The Raincoat, Citizen Cane, the worlds greatest roman movie Casa Blanca, I cannot help but mention The Seventh Seal, Summer with Monica, The Dreamers, Melancholia, Rosemary's Baby, and of course Ghost Writer. Others include, but are not limited to, Last Tango in Paris, La Vien en Rose and Novou Cinema Paradiso. In more recent times I liked Life of Pi, The Artist, Let Me In, The Help, 12 Years a Slace, Lincoln, and the Tree of Life. There are of course more, but I am running out of room.
Music:There is just so much. I usually like Jazz sort of music. I love Louis Prima, I think he is a god of Jazz, his Fever, Bourbon Street Blues, and Felicia no Capicia is amazing. Others who have their name warranted include Frank Sinatra, Andrea Boccelli, Johnny Hallyday, Dean Martin, and of course the amazing, the one Louis Armstrong. In pure music I am a fan of Bach more than Mozart, and Vivaldi more than Tchaikovsky, although I love all four. I love the Air on G String. In more recent names I love Benny Goodman, Paul Whiteman, and Al Johnson. I also like Kenny G but not nearly as much. I enjoy music of all languages, in Pakistani music I like Pahtanae Khan, Abida Parveen, Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan, Bare Ghulam Ali Khan, Chote Ghulam Ali Khan, Arif Lohar and Sayeen Zahoor. I love all French music, and I think it is absolutely beautiful. I love German cinema, and German classic music.
Quotes:'We decreed upon the Children of Israel that whoever kills a soul unless for a soul or for corruption [done] in the land " it is as if he had slain mankind entirely.' The Quran
'Two things awe me the most: the starry heaven above me, and the moral law within me' Immanuel Kant
'Let those ignorant of Geometry [Mathematics] not enter' Plato's Academy
'Nothing evil is honorable, death is honorable, therefore death cannot be evil' Zeno
'Erotic love is a mental disease' Plato
'All our knowledge begins with the senses, proceeds then to the understanding, and ends with reasoning. Nothing is higher than the faculty of reason' Immanuel Kant
'Philosophy misses an advantage enjoyed by the other sciences, it cannot like them rest the existence of its objects on the natural admissions of consciousness, nor can it assume that its method of cognition, either for starting or for continuing, is one already accepted.' Hegel
TV Shows:I enjoy many tv shows. I like House MD, I like Two and a Half Men, Hunter x Hunter, Naruto Shippuden, the Blacklist, Boston Legal, Whitecollar, Bones, Criminal Minds, and numerous others which if you would like to know, shoot me a PM.

Occam's Razor Applies To The Theory of God!

Greetings! I have seen that in many debates the argument of Occam's Razor is used to debunk the concept of God. It is argued that because the belief that God does not exists is less complex, we must reach the conclusion that God does not exist. For this debate we will assume that Occam's Razor is a sound theory. My opponent should start immediately. As for the explanation as what is Occam's Razor I present the following: 1. 'we may assume the superiority ceteris paribus [all things bei...
