do people sue too much?

a0l0x
Juris

I think that people launch lawsuits for very ridiculously stupid reasons. these lawsuits only create lots of anxiety and are actually hurting people in many areas. (For example, Billy's school won't let him play at recess because he has autism and the school district doesn't want to get sued because he may hurt another kid) I think there needs to be better, more restrictive, limits on these lawsuits....

Now a doctor is a stranger who combats diseases, but he/she is not always your friend. What will never change is their constant struggle against death. However, their job is not only to prevent death but also to improve their patient"s quality of life. Many times there is nothing a doctor can do to prevent a patient from dying if the patient has a terminal disease;...

The United States has an obligation to prevent nuclear proliferation. It is our job to use military force to protect the United States. That is why I know that unilateral military force by the United States is justified to prevent nuclear proliferation. Nuclear proliferation is the greatest threat to world peace. Paul D. KaleBevilacqua

I would love to have a friendly debate with someone on this issue. This is an issue, because currently, [1]-37 states require that sex education include abstinence, with 26 of those requiring that abstinence be stressed as the ideal.-Only 13 states require that sex education be medically accurate.-Eight states require that it be culturally appropriate and unbiased.-Only two states have laws agains...

awesomeemmatier
Juris

The problem of video game addiction has been steadily growing over the years. The amount of children between the ages of 2-18 who played video games in 2009 was 68%. In 2011 the percentage of children between the ages of 2-18 who played video games had drastically risen to 98%. Why is video game addiction bad? Because it causes children to not focus on schoolwork and can eventually control their lives, the violence in some video games makes kids think it is okay to kill, some people become so...
