•	Abortion	ConComments Abortions can cause depression and I wouldn't wish that on anyone. I say have harsher sentences for rape, increased child benefit and reduce sales tax to 1% instead.
•	Affirmative Action	ConComments Rather than giving quotas the root cause of minorities' problems should be addressed and this cause is poverty. Through charity, temporary tax breaks and increased spending wee can tackle poverty and allow its victims to sort out their other problems by themselves.
•	Animal Rights	ProComments Animals are also living things and not only do we use them for food and fashion and medicine but also as pets so I say treat them well. I don't think meat is wrong but if we could get the same amount of meat for less animal that would be great.

•	Capitalism	ConComments Under capitalism the very things that make a country; the hospitals and the infrastructure are cut and this slows down the economy. The people who need money the most get the least of it and the people who have more than enough get even more.
•	Civil Unions	ConComments Civil unions are a way politicians who are too scared to take a position on gay marriage to avoid doing so.
•	Death Penalty	ConComments I would only allow it if there was no other way to restrain the offender because if you make a mistake you can give someone their freedom back but not their life.
•	Drug Legalization	ConComments When people are on drugs they end up turning to crime to feed their habit, their health is affected and in the case of sharing needles they might even catch AIDS.
•	Electoral College	ConComments Under the electoral college midsized swing states get far more attention than even the largest states. Florida gets more attention than Texas and California combined even though it has about 1/4 as many electoral votes.
•	Environmental Protection	ProComments We need clean water to drink to not get sick and trees for clean air to protect our health.
•	Estate Tax	ConComments People can't help what they inherit; don't tax them for it.
•	European Union	ProComments While there have been mistakes what cam before the EU was 2 world wars; both started in Europe and Europe had many wars before then as well. Since the founding of the EU there hasn't been a war as severe as the European wars of old whether the Franco-Prussian or Seven Years.
•	Euthanasia	ConComments While you live there is still hope of achieving a better life. Science moves ever forward, what was previously thought impossible is now possible for example blind people can use the internet; prior to Louis Braille they couldn't even read books.

•	Flat Tax	ConComments Not everyone earns the same so I don't see why they should pay the same; if people are impoverished so much that they end up homeless they can't contribute to the economy by way of spending.

•	Gay Marriage	ConComments A woman has an egg and a man has the sperm to fertilise it and since homoseuxla reproduction is impossible I can only conclude that men were meant to be with women and not other men nor women with other women.

•	Globalization	ConComments Globalisation is in practice the exporting of American values to other countries. This has lead to people acting selfishly and crime and poverty going up as a result.

•	Homeschooling	ProComments In school a lot of people are together all day and so this leaves minorities wide open for bullying. I speak from experience.

•	Medicaid & Medicare	UndComments We don't have these things in my country.
•	Medical Marijuana	UndComments If the benefits of medicinal marijuana outweigh the downsides then go ahead but I'm currently not sure if they do.
•	Military Intervention	N/OComments Only well planned military intervention with clear goals and an exit strategy and only when there's no better option.
•	Minimum Wage	N/OComments On the one hand it protects workers from exploitation and on the other higher wages means higher unemployment.
•	National Health Care	ProComments Private health care only cares about whether or not you can pay for it. Since in the past companies infected haemophiliacs with HIV on purpose I don't think companies can be trusted compared to the government to provide healthcare.
•	National Retail Sales Tax	ConComments Incomes aren't flat but a sales tax is. It also encourages people to buy things elsewhere.
•	Occupy Movement	ConComments Not being an atheist or an anarchist naturally I wouldn't support such a movement.
•	Progressive Tax	ProComments Those who have the most money get the best things in life; rich people can also get even richer more easily as they have more money to invest and can make more from interest since they can put more money in. Incomes aren't flat so taxes must be progressive.
•	Racial Profiling	ConComments Crime depends more on class than race per se.
•	Redistribution	Pro
•	Smoking Ban	ProComments Smoking is bad for people's health. Money they spend on cigarettes they could use to pay off their debts or give to charity.

•	Socialism	N/OComments While I support the idea of distributing wealth evenly I don't think nationalisation is inherently good or bad and I'm against high taxes.

•	Term Limits	N/OComments I say limit how long someone can be in power for to one year so if they do badly they can be replaced quickly but allow them to run as often as they like.
