Should the arts (art, music, sport and drama) be banned as jobs?
The arts have always been an aspect of humans, they gave us a chance to express ourselves, to keep healthy and to relieve stress. However, the society has completely twisted the original meaning into forcing people to watch hours of television, making sport a competition, and converting a major component of the lifestyle into a paid profession. For example, just as eating or sleeping must be done to keep healthy and fit, the arts also play their part in our well being, but there are no such jobs...
Morality is subjective
I would like to debate on one of my favorite subjects: The subjectivity of morality. Just to explain beforehand: When I say "morality is subjective" I mean that what one finds good or bad entirely depends on what that individual believes. The first round is merely for confirmation. Should civil liberties ever be curtailed in democratic countries to maintain national security
Because if there ever were a threat that is large enough, then civil liberties should have to be compromised or curtailed in order to lessen the chance of the national security being damaged....
The A&E TV show "Beyond Scared Straight" and all similar programs should be banned by the government
