Roe v. Wade was an unconstitutional decision made by activist judges. It was based on the so called 'right to privacy' that was read into the Constitution, But is nowhere to be found. Is abortion legal, Yes, But it is not Constitutional. Abortion is not found in the Constitution. Jut like slavery was not found in the Constitution. Therefore, Roe v. Wade can and should be overturned and given back to the States.
