"Should" implies moral desirability.

A "living constitution" is one that " . . . changes over time, and adapts to new circumstances, without being formally amended" (1). Generally, this interpretation is opposed to originalism, which states that "those who make, interpret, and enforce the law ought to be guided by the meaning of the United States Constitution—the supreme law of the land—as it was originally written" (2).

Is killing wrong ?..Well we would not exist without...Its about existance. Moral is a sort of ecapisme.

I don't understand how a guy can tell a woman that she can't have an abortion, it's her body, she can do what ever the hell she wants with it. What if it's rape, like a woman wants to raise a bastard child.

I'm all for abortion, and any guy that doesn't agree with it, I say FU, it's not your body
