My stance is indifferent because I don't really understand women much, they are so contradictory and hypocritical. I need my opponent, pref female, to provide a stance on the reliability of TV female characters n judge the accuracy of it, especially in dramas, then we'll build the convo from there.
R1 just acceptance n stance. Note that i don't want to start a hate debate
While people of a certain gender may be more prone to do something, like women to be emotional and men to make dumb decisions, the vast majority of people should be defined moreso on their personality rather than their gender. If this logic is carried over into television then its usually completely up to the people writing the script of woman about how reliable she'll be, or in the rare occasion that she's truly providing her opinion or doing something, it really comes down to characteristics of her personality rather than her gender. |
