In many school. Books like to Kill A Mockingbird, The color Purple and many others have been banned from school library"s due to vulgar launage, Prejudice, Sexism, Violence and etc. Should these books be banned from schools or should they stay in?
I think the bookos shouldnt be banned because it should be important to teach kids about racism at a young age. If they don't have racist books than they don't know who is racist, Racism might be bad i guess so i no that i want my kids to learn about it with the books. |

Sorry, I"m not to sure about how to fix my position. But I believe that books should not be banned. Due to that it teaches kids good life lessons. And even though some books have language and violence, Some kids see that on the news. Is that no different?
Again, I don"t know how to fix my position without deleting the debate. . . So again I am AGAINST books being banned. . . Sorry for the mistake The_Best_Parent forfeited this round. |
