Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies 'will come to bad end', says Warren Buffett. Read more. Investing means buying an asset that actually creates products, services or cashflow, such as a profitable business or a rentable piece of real estate, for an extended period of time.

Bitcoin can be an amazing investment. If you do it wrong, however, even though it's not a very complicated system, it can be less beneficial.Am I saying to go dump all your money into cryptocurrencies no, but never the less it can make a poor man rich. And as to what you linked it's completely subjective.

there is no clear definition of what bitcoin is. is it a catch-all phrase for blockchain technology, cryptoassets, cryptocurrencies? if you are talking in particular about bitcoin as "a cryptocurrency and worldwide payment system. It is the first decentralized digital currency, as the system works without a central bank or single administrator." than looking at a historical data, an invesment of a couple of dollar at the very start is ondeed a smart investment since the possesion of one bitcoin is a great sum of money.

I'm completely against it because, the reason being there is no regulator or any board of directors. So if some day the site crashes or it gets hacked or something goes wrong then your hard earned money will be lost. And the person who's saying that it can buy a car or make a poor person rich, please remember at the same time it can drag you to streets as well. If the site crashes, then your money is gone and you cannot even claim for it.

I don't know much about Bitcoin. I currently think it's a bad idea because I heard of it being very volatile, unreliable and about to crash.
