I believe that black students belong in a special needs school, because they have abnormally low IQ's. Also they cause too much trouble at school, so it's best if they go to their own special needs school if they have customized learning.

Well schools used to be segregated, you see, and that actually makes things a lot better. White kids can learn at their customized pace, whereas black kids can also learn at their customized pace. That is why it is best for black kids to be in a special needs school.

Also, black kids often have trouble paying attention in class. That is why they should be in a special needs school.
