People need food to survive. We know this. We also know that humans require certain vitamins and that because these vitamins support the physiological processes in our bodies, The set of vitamins we require are unique to us. Humans thus find themselves in a dilemma in which they have to agonize over what foods are healthy and in what amounts. Why not just cut out the proverbial fat? Consume exactly what you need in one go.
If we eat humans, We are getting exactly the vitamins that are needed because that person also consumes them. We don't have to search for alternative food sources.
And to subside any moral qualms, We will only eat mentally disabled and deactivated people because they cannot consent.
