Executive Compensation should be limited. It allows for corruption and takes valuable dollars away from middle to lower class workers and gives CEO's all the power up top. Wage disparity.

Com, The definition of executive compensation is: "The financial payments and non monetary benefits provided to high level management in exchange for their work on behalf of an organization. " If this is an agreeable definition, Then I look forward to the debate. |
