China does not have human rights.This is because a secret torture system called the shuanggui exists in China to punish party officials suspected of corruption until they confess,whether they did it or not.Here's the video for more details and also an article from Human Rights Watch.

Human rights is one of the most important issues in China because it concerns the relationship between the government and the people of a country.Every government should make having a good relationship with its people an objective .
