I believe that feminism is about equality however some aspects of feminism are too harshly made
Feminism... Equality... There two different words. With two different meanings. I myself believe in equality but feminism is completely different. Feminists believe in the art of women and they don't see the two sides of the story. Equality is about being equal. There is a campaign ( free the nipple ) which is to be known that it's about equality and it is. Men have had some of the same problems women have and still do. So not it is different and feminism is about females. But equality is about being as one. They are not the same, They shouldn't be the same and feminism isn't about equality. |

A lot of what you've said is true, but I have to point out that men are also circumcised without permission and men have to pay for contraception as well.
Also, would you mind explaining what "glass ceilings" are?
anyway I think that while men do need to be helped as well, the focus needs to be turned to the women so that there can be social changes made that treat women as equal class humans.
Now about genderfuck aspect, I think it is absolutely necessary for it to be part of the movement as distinguishing the difference between gender and sex is VITAL. gender is what society expects, sex is what you are made of physiologically.
So to wrap this comment up I think gender expectations and double standards need to be changed, while also considering how the differences in sex can force different standards to be placed for the same thing.
one example being fire departments should be able to include female firefighters if the female can do the same thing the men can (often FD's can not find women who can lift 150 lbs, which is a job requirement, but because it's not gender orientated it should be okay)
another example being public washrooms. the size of the line should be considered as the standard as women take physiologically longer to use the toilet compared to men. as genderfuckist i would say that all public washrooms need to be gender liberated. however if this path is taken the bathroom stalls need to be safer meaning like no space for rapists to crawl in or sneak in, however at least more toilets for women bare minimum.

noun
noun: feminism
the advocacy of women's rights on the ground of the equality of the sexes.
Feminism is SUPPOSED to be about equality, however it appears most feminists don't care about that. How can feminism be about equality when it's just advocating womens rights anyway?
You either see it closer to fairness or mathematical equality. The latter one is absurd because it only creates problems by trying to level something that by reality just isn't.
And the fairness-based one has to face the problem that different treatment is required to ensure ethical fairness.
And then there are still "Darwinists" who think that fairness means we just wait till everyone dies who can't take what they think they deserve.
Some feminist interpretations of "equality" are pretty misguided but that's a logical flaw from the assuming party. Not the fault of feminism. There are certainly women around the world who need a bit "feminism".
