Pro The purpose of this debate is to debate the Deity of Jesus Christ. I want this debate to be based on the Bible alone. The Bible is very clear that Jesus is God; Consider, "That all men should honour the Son, even as they honour the Father. He that honoureth not the Son honoureth not the Father which hath sent him."- John 5:23;and "Jesus said unto them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Before Abraham was, I am." John 8:58. Before you start your debate, however have you determined that your only allowable source material i.e. the bible is in any way accurate on this subject? Do you have any evidence other than the bible itself and the advocacy of christian advocates advocates?
