Is milk actually good for us? The answer is yes. The reason for this is that milk has lots of Calcium and vitamin D. Both of these are good for your bones. Calcium's job is to provide health to our bones and muscle contractions. If we didn"t drink milk, we would have very weak bones, making most sports a lot more dangerous.
Yes because it is a very good source of calcium and vitamin D. We know this because 90% of all famous athletes drink excessive amounts of milk after and before a game day to build up their muscles. When we drink milk, we build up muscle strength, and we conserve energy by replenishing it.
Yes because we developed lactose tolerance for a reason. Do you think that we just looked at a cow's udder and said hmm" I should drink that.

Milk is not necessary to the health and well being of a body. If it were, then vegans would be dead. They are not, so we can safely assume that milk is not necessary to someone. It is not sold for health reasons, but for economic reasons. Here is a video about it.

Milk is not an actual requirement for well being. Instead, it has been spread among people as a lie, and it has grown to the point where it is nearly unstoppable. First, you should remove the assumption that milk is necessary for your body from your mind, I don't want any more of that. It's a very good drink, and I'm sure it has all the vitamins and things you list, but other, non dairy products have just as much of those same nutrients. The video says you could get the same amount of vitamins from a stalk of broccoli. The point is, vitamin d and calcium are not just in milk. There are certain foods with certain vitamins, and milk is not the only place to get those vitamins.

Milk has been called a fountain of youth and garbage like that. There's nothing special about it. It tastes nice, and it is refreshing. But it does not increase a person's health one iota. It's a liquid that comes from a cow. It's something that's gone through a digestive tract. That's kind of unappealing, huh?

It's not. I can argue for it.
