Is there a way to logically tell what is right and wrong? Or is all morality just executed by emotion?

We don't base morality on revelation from authority, that would render us merely obedient.
Morality is a choice, and logic and reason are the tools that help us discern what's true and false and without which one can't even formulate a valid argument or make a moral choice.
