Today's society is filled with idiots who's best interest is entertainment. What large amount of people really care about the scientific community anymore? So someone put down your damn phone, turn off the XBox, and debate me.

Initially, there must be clarification in this debate. The negation argument will follow this specific outline throughout all 3 rounds;
1) Opening Statement/Acceptance
2) First Constructive Speech/Crossfire Questions
3) Rebuttal Speech/Closing Statement
Therefore, this first round will consist of one opening statement and acceptance statement.

The negation side believes that science at the moment is not minuscule and is a grand part of the world at the moment and this is why it remains as matter in this world. The former governor of New York Eliot Spitzer once stated, "Facts matter. Science matters. Reason matters." Science has become a great part of this world since it is a study of the current world through experiments and observations in order to conclude a solution to this natural world. Science is organized and greatly known by all and has been the explanation to many conclusions present in the world at the moment. Science is not small at all and it is a force that has taken over humanity through its great interests that it provides that ultimately shows that it does matter. The scientific community is growing and helping all in the near future. The negation side will provide 3 separate contentions for this debate. First, all must be able to understand the true meaning of science in the world. Second, all must understand how science has affected history. Thirdly and finally, all must understand the future science will provide to humanity. The framework for this debate is whoever in this debate does a better job of providing all humanity with knowledge and explanations shall win this debate.
The negation side accepts this debate and the resolution; Is science to small to matter?
