Is Water Wet?

Con

Water isn't inherently wet, gaining this property on the macro level in the animal perception of it. Would you associate a single H20 molecule with the property of wetness?

Additionally, if you accept that water=H20 and ice=H20, then water is not necessarily wet in ice form.
