I suppose that as long as there is a physical reminder (bomb holes, Shells, Debris) still about, Then even disregarding the psychological aspect of the question, There is still an impact of WWII to be seen today.

Good topic idea, I would be interested to see what kind of points someone would try to put in support of this topic but at the same time I hope no one really believed this to be a good thing.
