I believe that black lives matter is indeed a more important cause than all lives matter. But, In order to understand this debate, You need to understand the history of the black lives matter movement. This movement started due to police brutality in the United States against primarily African-Americans. The reason this movement started was not to say that black lives matter more than any other lives, But because African-Americans were feeling so oppressed and abused that they felt the rightful need to explicitly say that their lives do matter as much as anyone else. This is where people often get confused. The black lives matter movement does not say that black lives matter more than any other lives, But is focused on bringing people's attention to the extreme police brutality taking place in the United States. The all lives matter movement, On the other hand, Is essentially a protest against the BLM protest. The all lives matter movement came up after the BLM movement as a way to diminish and further silence the African American voices of the BLM movement. Overall, The all lives matter movement doesn't stand for any particular cause, It's only purpose is to dimish the BLM movement.
BLM stands for Black Lives Matter.
The black lives matter movement is primarily sustained not by any complaints of "Police Brutality" but by an initiative to campaign for queer, Transgender, And gender fluid rights. (It even states as much on their web site. ) The notion that blacks were being brutalized by the police wasn't based on any particular action taken by the police outside of their state directive, But the alleged "disparity" in which black lives were being terminated by the police. (Of course, Their estimations of this disparity have been discredited by studies into the occurrence. ) If the complaint is disparity, Then reconciliation would be found in parity. This naturally implies two solutions: (1) Have the police kill and/or brutalize just as many people from other demographics, Or (2) kill and/or brutalize fewer black persons in order to emulate the treatment of other demographics. All Lives Matter is indeed a protest to Black Lives Matter. It highlights that the BLM is based on circumstances not principle. The institution of police brutality ought to be reprehensible regardless of demographic, But the BLM operates on the premise of a disparate incidence. |

In response to the notion that "The black lives matter movement is primarily sustained not by any complaints of 'Police Brutality' but by an initiative to campaign for queer, Transgender, And gender fluid rights" that is simply untrue. As quoted from the black lives matter website, "In 2013, Three radical Black organizers"Alicia Garza, Patrisse Cullors, And Opal Tometi"created a Black-centered political will and movement building project called #BlackLivesMatter. It was in response to the acquittal of Trayvon Martin"s murderer, George Zimmerman. " the project was started as a response to the acquittal of a police officer who murdered an innocent African American boy. In addition, The black lives matter movement simply isn't sustained on an initiative campaign for queer rights. It was formed on the basis of advocating for African American rights, And although the organization is involved in various other endeavors (including advocating for the LGBTQ+ community), Their main focus remains as the African American community. This quote from the BLM website further explains what I am trying to say, "It started out as a chapter-based, Member-led organization whose mission was to build local power and to intervene when violence was inflicted on Black communities by the state and vigilantes. " Finally, If you look up the phrase 'all lives matter' this is what shows up, "'All Lives Matter' is a slogan that has come to be associated with criticism of the Black Lives Matter movement. " this not only justifies everything I said above but also explains the true purpose of the all lives matter movement. Not to empower people like the BLM movement, But to silence the voices of those who do try their best to empower others.
"that is simply untrue. It was in response to the acquittal of Trayvon Martin"s murderer, George Zimmerman. ' the project was started as a response to the acquittal of a police officer who murdered an innocent African American boy. " I do not contest the reasons it was started. I offer description to the reasons it's sustained. The BLM is a meme whose only initiative is selling narratives (and merchandise) to those with victim mentalities. Name one action of theirs that has produced a change in police protocol? Name one of their actions which has produce fewer acts of police Brutality? "It was formed on the basis of advocating for African American rights, And although the organization is involved in various other endeavors (including advocating for the LGBTQ+ community), Their main focus remains as the African American community. " Which concerns of the so called "African-American Community" have they addressed and/or solved? "Finally, If you look up the phrase 'all lives matter' this is what shows up, "'All Lives Matter' is a slogan that has come to be associated with criticism of the Black Lives Matter movement. " this not only justifies everything I said above but also explains the true purpose of the all lives matter movement. Not to empower people like the BLM movement, But to silence the voices of those who do try their best to empower others. " How is criticism an attempt to "silence"? It justifies nothing because no has denied that "All Lives Matter" is in fact a protest to "Black Lives Matter. " The criticism of the BLM is not in the "voice" of those who are complaining. It's in the consistency of the alleged principles to which those who claim that a person's life matters. |

BLM was founded on lies. None of the examples of "police brutality" on which it was based were real.
