 Pro source: www.eh.org  Con Thank you my friend for inviting me to this rather, 'light-hearted' debate. As you have not clearly defined the premise as well as the realm involved, I shall use some of my imagination.  Source: http://img1.wikia.nocookie.net...; This is a nightkin from the USA in the Fallout franchise. I can say it's a blue-footed mutant, as the orinal question of 'Is the USA infested with blue-footed mutants?' had asked. (I must say you have deviated from this question so you have forfeited). However, in the real world, blue-footed mutants don't seem to exist to the best of my knowledge: US population: 318,315,000 US mutant population: o Source: http://en.wikipedia.org...; This debate is ridiculous and possibly offensive to the Americans. I think you trolled. Lastly, my GF's friend in America doesn't seem to be surrounded by nightkins and what-nots. So I can safely conclude they don't exist by scientific observation.
