Pro I believe that marijuana should be legalized completely, for both medical and recreational use. Marijuana has been proven to be medically useful for many, many conditions. My opponent must argue against that. This round will be for acceptance, and the next 2 will be for arguments. Burden of proof is on both sides. Come to Canada, it will be legal across the whole country by July 1, 2018, ironic, that is Canada Day!!

What better way to celebrate Canada's birthday then with a big spliff!!!
