The Patriot Act is unconstitutional! Do not let the name deceive you! The Patriot Act was passed to "protect" the American people after the 9/11 attacks. However the Patriot Act "protects" the American people by restricting all of the rights and freedoms established hundreds of years ago. The Patriot Act has restricted all of the freedoms in the bill of rights!

Freedom of expression: Disruption of a large, profitable market is a federal offense

Right to bear arms: pay attention to the news, they want to repeal the 2nd amendment now

Quartering troops: Military is allowed to confiscate your home

Search and seizure protection: Police are now allowed to search you and your property and seize your property if they see fit

Due process: Jury bias is not fair in the slightest

No cruel or unusual punishments: guantanamo bay exists

Due to the fact that the Patriot Act neglects the rights of the American people that were established hundreds of years ago, by people that knew why they were needed, the Patriot Act is unconstitutional.
