Pee is stored in the balls. The balls get smaller after a man pees. This is because of the pee being gone from the balls, it makes them smaller because the pee is no longer there. Pee is secreted from the testicles which are part of the balls, therefore pee comes from the balls. When a man has to pee but doesn't, the pee builds up in balls where it stays until he is able to pee. This is known as holding it. Unlike men, women do not have balls, so their pee is stored somewhere else.

Pee is not stored in the balls. The balls are stored in the pee and the pee is stored in the scrotum.
