The decision to overturn Roe vs. Wade is rooted in an understanding of life.

The fact is, life begins at conception. This is not speculation or blind ignorance based in stubborn religious passion, as the opposition will tell you, but it has been studied and numerous professors, experts, and medical professionals have reported that life begins at conception. The research will show that a fetus is not non-human, but it is a stage of development; much like an infant, toddler, adolescent, or adult. If the opposition makes it an issue of this debate, I will provide those sources later on.

Besides, logical thinking will show that you don't become human by becoming bigger, older, or even more "complex". In fact, a fetus has every body part they will ever have and their DNA is determined at the moment of conception. The moment an individual is created is when life begins. If you draw the line anywhere else, it gets vague, unclear, and weak. The problem with viability is that that is irrelevant to life. Surviving is different than living. A heartbeat doesn't make an individual separate from their mother or father. Any later than that is practically birth. Half of the babies born 15 weeks premature can survive (1). Conception is the clearest, most obvious, and safest line to draw.

It is because we know that fetuses of each trimester are living, and all life matters, that we are proud to defend the rights of humanity's most vulnerable; the unborn. This is the second point that I don't understand about the pro-choice agenda. Viability determines vulnerability. So, why do so many people use the "viability" excuse to justify abortion? If a life is vulnerable, it needs protection, not extermination. Not to mention the fact that not even all born people are considered viable. If a patient is in a coma, or in hospice, or in surgery, they aren't viable that second, but they may be in the future. It's about preserving and protecting vulnerable human life.

Abortion also disproportionally harms traditionally underprivileged and oppressed minorities in the following ways . . .
1. 90% of fetuses diagnosed with down syndrome are aborted. (2)
a) This unfairly targets those who are mentally disabled and acts
as a death sentence to these children. The fact says it all.
2. Approximately 1,876 black babies are aborted every day (more than
400,000 babies annually) (3)
3. Black women are five times more likely to have an abortion than
a white woman. (4)
4. In NYC, more black babies are aborted than born. (5)
Even if unintentional, abortion has had a devastating impact on minority populations, that's even ignoring the aborted children. 5

Roe vs. Wade supported and legalized abortion. Abortion is wrong. Abortion is murder, no matter how you frame it and no matter what misconception you use to excuse it. Thus, Roe vs. Wade needs to be reversed.

This is the greatest atrocity of the modern age with nearly a million abortions in the U.S. alone. In history class or whenever slavery or civil rights is discussed, I hear people say, "I would have done something to stop that.". Where are you now?

To end this modern genocide, mass murder, devaluation of human life, and protect those who need it most, we need to reverse Roe vs. Wade!

Life is life.
We happily extinguish life on an immense scale every single day.
Why should we regard the life within a foetus any differently?
