Pro

First, Student's who know a teachers grading system will try to do the bare minimum. Therefore impacting their creativity. They will just do what the teacher tells them too, Not think creatively.

Con

If a rubric is done correctly, It will only show expectations that the teacher wants. For example, It says that the presentation must be done in a neat, Highly informative, And accurate way. This only allows creativity to be guided well.
