If you don't already know what abortion is, it is when the mother of an unborn child decides to "terminate" her baby. This is murder. The baby is given life as soon as it is conceived, therefor giving it the right to life (according to our founding fathers) as soon as the baby is conceived, therefore killing it would be an act of murder. If you make a mistake, or even if you are put in a situation that you can change, it is not your life. You would be taking the life of an innocent child with unfulfilled potential... potential to give major contributions to our society, contributions to save lives, or even effect one person's life in a positive way.

Abortion is not murder and therefore it should be legal.

Okay, saying that abortion is not murder is a lie. The definition of murder is the unlawful premeditated killing of one human being by another. KILLING AN INNOCENT UNBORN HUMAN BEING IS MURDER, therefore it is already illegal, it has just been given a different name. Please enlighten me on how this is not murder.

Life begins at conception therefore giving all unborn babies the right to life.

If men are deserving of an equal say they have to share the responsibility. I would suggest that abortion be a once in a life time deal. Here's how it would work, if a women want's a abortion she gets it for free, and then she is sterilized along with the man that caused the unwanted pregnancy. This prosses would help reduce repeat abortion, the welfare state, the surplus population, and irresponsible breeders. Also giving men a more equal say in the abortion issue. What do the men think?

A United States Constitutional right is not deserved, it is described as common defense to the general welfare to insure tranquility along with posterity by its state of right, it is correct. Meaning not wrong. United States Constitutional right can embrace law as precedent and set is as right, or wrong mean its weight is held in scale of circumstance as crime.

Missmedic,
No-one has to make abortion illegal it is the admission of guilt and the crime that is confessed to is the subject of guilt which is illegal. The admission of guilt is what can create the loss of constitutional right and abortion is simply poor wording set from religious precedent created outside the United States of America.

Something woman do not understand is that death is the constitutional basic principle describing the grievance of gestation regarding human embryo and a woman"s right to constitutional control stopping gestation. Woman are using civil court and are attacking the United States Constitution in hoping to prove it was wrong and not just them.

.There is already a medical standard setting human embryo as alive when egg is inside a woman. (Genetic research and fertility medicines.)

There are other words which do not create a self-incrimination by transferable admission of guilt on the public. (Female Specific Amputation.)

I guess you just don't understand...

Women not only deserve rights they have rights, that you pre-pose to take away.
Making abortion illegal does not reduce abortion. Law enforcement is not the way.
It is unfortunate that America does not give women better options, governments can significantly reduce abortion numbers by building a more stable, prosperous society and making child-rearing economically feasible. There is no need for societies to defend fetal interests directly, as the best way to protect fetuses is to provide resources directly to pregnant women. When a pregnant woman is safe and healthy, so is her fetus.
How do you force duty and obligation on a pregnant women that does not want to have a baby?

So what do you want done, put women and doctors in jail, or reduce abortions?

Every time you touch anything with any part of your body cells die. Personally I don't consider this a criminal act. Also there about 7.5 billion people on Earth and we going through what is known as the sixth mass extinction. Species go extinct every day because of the massive amount of people on Earth. Eventually the human population is going to lower rather than grow and it will lower allot. Maybe it will be an incurable disease or we might nuke ourselves, run out of clean water, run out of electricity, kill ourselves through war without nukes, starve, or numerous other possibilities, but unless we leave Earth before this happens people will die. The questions is do you want unborn babies you never met to die, or do you want your family and friends to die. At least embryos might not feel pain. People shouldn't have kids if they're not ready, but overpopulation is a real problem and I don't want it to get worse because because someone got drunk and had a kid.

Alliehill,

The constitutional issue is woman take life regardless as the embryo is alive, and it is left unfertile to die. This occurs naturally on a monthly basis for woman who ovulate, menstruate, as long as they ovulate and menstruate. On top of this millions of sperm are released during intercourse only one will succeed in gestation. This means millions of sperm die at the hands of a male every time they have intercourse. The double standard is that these specimen are not alive at this point, however they are according to medical journals and peer review.

There is a natural limit as independence can be a factor to life, liberty, and female specific amputation. However there is no reason to insist all woman admit to a guilt that is transferable as crime while ignoring the standard set. With the historic religious admission before god of specialized intellectual murder. This argument becomes dependent on the obstruction of truth and impartiality ad is placing all woman in a union that simply is not true.

Yes women deserve rights, and they have them, but I don't believe that women have the right to take the life of an unborn child, with unknown potential. Only 1.5% of abortions are because of rape/incest, therefore leaving 98.5% of women who have conceived a child that they did not want, they should not have made that decision, or they should have used some form of protection. I feel that there are better options then taking the child's life. If you don't want to take care of the child then once it's born put it up for adoption, that's better then taking an unknown, unborn child's life.

The fact that you blame the woman, shows the limits of your thinking.
What you are per posing is to use law enforcement to administer health care, but only for women.
You are further per pose that the rights that we all enjoy and are entitled to, be taken away, but only from women. I am curious how do you force duty and obligation on a person?
So what do you want done, put women and doctors in jail, or reduce abortions?

There are some other united state created by abortion as it places woman in a constitutional union The word abortion describe some act that can be stopped as in a pause, halted, waiting until corrections can be made then restarted at some other time, or in the context to the original abort. The process which takes place in the opening remarks by con describes pregnancy abortion as a termination which may, or may not be true depending upon privacy.

First: pregnancy abortion violates the medical Hippocratic Oath.

Second: The medical science profession address life as started in human embryo along with human sperm as both these things are preserved in a living state for use in the fields of science and genetics.

Third: Abortion as a word can be simply publicly misused as pregnancy is never aborted it is medically treated as abortion describes an admission of guilt is a very hard to understand intellectual way. Part of a medical treatment may be termination, miscarriage, and female specific amputation. Any abortion takes place as a scientific constitutional state only when woman do not get pregnant during her regular menstruation cycles. As she, the woman is official stopping a form of life science recognized in peer review, by not allowing gestation by obstructing of conception of the LIVING embryo inside her.

A Fourth state is a union between a precedents that is not from a constitutional Nation as its creator. Therefore may be unconstitutional or even an admission of guilt that carries over from a much older history of right and wrong.

Best of luck debaters. A common defense to the general welfare if the United States Constitution female specific amputation is not abortion.

The life of the mother is very important, and I understand that, but there are also physical and emotional risks when the mother aborts her baby. These physical risks include heavy bleeding, infection or sepsis, damage to the cervix, scarring of the uterine lining, perforation of the uterus, damage to other organs, and even death.

Once again, I believe that if you make a mistake you should have to go through the consequences.
