Hello! I don't agree with you that abortion shouldn't be legal. Though, Sometimes abortion can be bad, It allows mothers access to planned parenthood, And it gives a way out for those who birth control and condoms failed.

In defending the United States Constitution Roe Vs. Wade identifies a violation of privacy it did not describe the negligence on how the privacy is lost. An admission of guilt violates a person"s right to privacy regardless of being a woman or man.

You want woman's right and healthcare tp be regulated by law enforcement? Only if you cannot explain how pregnancy abortion is not an admission of guilt. It is not like saying female specific amputation and having me prove it is an official stopping of life and not a woman dictating to me she is official ending life.

No we want the government to uphold the rights it is supposed to. Right to Life, Liberty, And the Pursuit of Happiness.

That abortion rate comment is misleading because as time has progressed, More safe and reliable contraception has become readily available.

In less than ten years after the decision of Roe v. Wade, The abortion rate raised from 16. 3 abortions per 1000 women to 29. 3 abortions per 1000 women. (also from Guttmacher Institute)

Women who have abortions are 154% more likely to commit suicide according to a peer-reviewed study published by the Southern Medical Journal (of more than 173, 000 american women)

Abortion rates have fallen over the past 25 years, Even as more countries have made the procedure legal and easier to get, According to a new report. ( by the Guttmacher Institute)
Countries with the most restrictive abortion laws also have the highest rates of abortion, The study by the Guttmacher Institute found. Easier access to birth control drives down abortion rates, The report also finds.
