America should be neutral when other countries start getting into wars and should stay out of certain problems to keep the country safe.

"Keep the country safe"

Right, ISIS is a global threat, Meaning that we need to suppress it because it could kill Americans. Almost all wars we get into affect us or our allies. Stop backing down America. Stay Strong

The United States Constitution describes an American only need be impartial not natural. This is why the Military, Armed Forces, And the people all have Guns of a common defense. The United State of War is wholesale death and its most often given away without constitutional separation. Most all people here have come from countries who have had Wars, Who are in Wars. Including our own country.
I would say that missmedic, The moment we take away a soldiers common legal defense of use of lethal force. The last noise we will hear of it will be the bang it made danger close.
