Should Disney to continue to change the idea that every princess needs a prince to live happily ever after?

Disney movies are generally old fairy tales, passed down from a time when every princess DID need a prince. They shouldn't change that because the age-old trope is why Disney is so timeless. The most well-known Disney princesses, Cinderella, Belle, Aurora, Snow White, they all had a prince. Almost all little girls (and some little boys) at some point or another want to be one of these princesses. Removing this trope would remove the ageless part of Disney's stories.

I'd be willing to debate that they already HAVE changed it. Just look at Moana.
