Should the UN ban companies from GMO'ing their livestock to make a larger profit?

No, I don't believe so. Sure GMOs are certainly worse for you health-wise yet, There are still so many benefits that come from producing and or consuming GMO animals. I believe that with GMOs, The planet in its entirety will slowly start to move towards ending world hunger or nutritional deficiencies, No matter if its a plant or animal. If you really think about it having certain animal which a) can withstand certain condition or B) produce more food, Will increase food supply in almost an area of the globe.

Alright but since GMO's are relatively new, Won't the cost of that food be higher in price than organic food?
